Using Multi-language Settings

Legal27's AI receptionist supports multiple languages, making it a versatile tool for law practices that serve clients who speak different languages. This article will guide you through the process of using the multi-language settings in Legal27.
Here are the steps to use the multi-language settings:
1. Log in to your Legal27 account.
2. Click on the 'AI Receptionist' tab in the dashboard.
3. Click on the 'Language Settings' section.
4. Here, you can see a list of languages that your AI receptionist can speak. Click on the 'Add Language' button to add a new language.
5. Select the language you want to add from the dropdown menu and click on the 'Save' button.
6. You can also set a default language for your AI receptionist. This is the language your AI receptionist will use when it's not sure what language to speak. To set a default language, click on the 'Default Language' dropdown menu and select a language.
7. Click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.
